Vehicle Fleet Management Solutions

GPS Vehicle Tracking is the core Navman Wireless solution. This handy fleet management tool combines our OnlineAVL2 (automatic vehicle locator) software application that sits on your computer, with the Qube GPS Tracking Device that resides in the vehicle.

Visibility

Our Vehicle Tracking system helps remove the guess work as you're able to locate, track, monitor and report on your vehicles quickly and easily.

Reporting

A full reporting suite lets you download and review reports such as mileage, speed, time of arrival/departure at a site and time spent at sites so you can better schedule jobs and improve efficiency.

Vehicle Maintenance Log

With Navman Wireless you can also record an individual vehicle’s maintenance requirements and reminders for automatic tracking and notification. Vehicle Maintenance can be set up based on date range, engine hours or distance. For example, service at x distance, rego at x date, insurance, lease expiry, tyres at x distance, oil filter at x engine hours, etc.

All Vehicle Maintenance issues can be set up with different levels of alerts and can be reported via the reporting suite.

How It Works

Qube 2

The Qube 2 is a discrete and compact real-time GPS tracking device that includes a Wavecom modem, GPS receiver, processor, integrated ConEx functionality (the ConEx provides the user with multiple input, output and serial connectivity), configurable battery backup and inbuilt GPS tamper notification. It uses the latest Telstra Australia GPRS packet data technology to provide always-on, real-time communications.

Solid and easy to install, it is an in-car unit that can be fitted under a car seat, inside a glove compartment or in any other convenient location. The Qube 2 allows automatic time/distance activity updates and independent location queries along with providing vehicle location, speed, direction, stops and entry/exit information to specific areas.

MDT 860 (Mobile Display Terminal)

With a simple screen display, an alpha-numeric keypad, and a set of function keys, the MDT is a cost-effective two-way text messaging and driver ID device that easily affixes to the dashboard of a vehicle so drivers can communicate quickly, reliably and accurately with their fleet operator.

A message containing 400 characters can be sent from the Online AVL 2 user to the MDT, and a 100 character message can be sent from the MDT to the Online AVL 2 software application.

The MDT operates in a 12V and 24V environment and enables a PS2 keyboard to be attached for a more flexible option.

M-Nav (Messaging & Navigation)

With all the messaging capabilities of an MDT, the M-Nav is a combined messaging and navigation device in one package.

The M-Nav can send and receive text messages and navigational co-ordinates.

The M-Nav is a rugged yet easy to use product featuring:
